The package with the broken driver (XFTI_PCDRV_L11_2_40_0016.exe) has been removed from the website, and its certificate has been revoked. The card has a yellow warning on it in the device manager and it says that there's something wrong with the signature, I had to disable secure boot and driver signature verification in Wind(17763.316) to get it running.
